Is there a fee to attend?

There is a fee associated to attend the Bloomberg Green Festival indoor programming taking place at McCaw Hall. You can purchase an event ticket here. There will also be a range of free outdoor experiences throughout the Seattle Center. You can sign up to learn more here.

Are discounted tickets available for this event?

Discounted tickets may be available for leaders in non-profit, academic or government institutions. Click here to request a discounted in-person pass.

I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. How can I access the event?

Please check your spam folders for a confirmation email from greenfest@bloomberg.net. If you do not find the confirmation email there, please click the "Looking for your ticket?" button in the page footer, and enter your email, and a new link will be sent to you. You can also email us at greenfest@bloomberg.net and we can locate your confirmation details and share them with you directly.

I can no longer attend the event. Can I refund my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable. However you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or a friend. Please click “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email, and you can follow the steps to transfer registration.

How do I access the event sessions remotely?

Select sessions will be streamed live on Bloomberg.com the day of the event. All sessions are available on-demand on the Bloomberg Live YouTube page, so you can go back and catch up on sessions you missed at a time that works for you.

How can I get involved in Bloomberg events, as a speaker, sponsor or partner?

Are my travel costs included in my ticket price?

No, the ticket includes access to the Bloomberg Green Festival only.

How can I connect with other attendees?

In-Person registrants can connect with one another via the event community app. You must register to join the event community and download the app here.

Is closed captioning available?

Yes. Closed captioning will be available for all live events and transcripts will be available for all on demand recorded sessions.

Are Sign Language Interpreters available?

All Green Stage (McCaw Hall Auditorium) programming will be accompanied by an ASL interpreter.

Lifts?

Elevators inside McCaw Hall are located at the north and south ends of the building.

Assisted Listening Devices?

Complimentary Assisted Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests for the Green Stage. These ALDs use an infrared signal sent from the stage, similar to a television remote. ALDs are available just inside the ticket control area at the north end of the building near coat check. Guests will be required to leave valid identification which will be returned to you.

Accessible Seating?

Wheelchair accessible seating is available. Please email us at greenfest@bloomberg.net with specific accommodation requests.
